Butterfly

The child in you, unaware of any limits,
Crawling, but had its wings open wide,
No but-ifs in its imagination,
Always dreamt of taking the flight.

But you bound yourself as you grew up,
You learnt to walk, forgot how to fly
Enclosed yourself in a cocoon,
When you could have been,
As free as a butterfly.
